WOW! Cannot believe 2014 has come to an end! Many great things happened last year. My best friend got married, friends got engaged, announced pregnancies, I travelled to Rarotonga and Singapore... and then made the big move to France! We considered the price a bit high but it covered two meals and a small tour of that part of ...

We had lunch at a cafe which was quite an experience. There was one guy waiting - a very cool guy with dark glasses, bald head & long white apron & he kept things moving by yelling things at the staff & the customers. He could have been yelling at us but we didn't understand & ...

... many of their vats to large SS ones. Each vat holding 18,000L. In order to put these in, they had to lift the roof off and replace again. In 2010 they replaced their large oak vats with new ones, however four of these were of very porous oak and they leaked continually. They have had to take the manufacturer to court, and won, so they await their replacements.
