Ljubljana, for a capital city, is not large and is easily walkable from one side of the main part to the other in the half hour. It has a small city feel about it and the traffic was light compared to other capitals we had visited. The city was situated on a river that snaked its way through the centre of town separating it in two. We found our hostel in no time and climbed the 2 flights of stairs to get ...
