      ... was crammed with all the skiers going down, and partly because we had carefully not told Joy that going down is always more scary. She did not mind though, having (at last) discovered the beauty and majesty of the big mountains. Another "legal high" as she put it.

      ... and mariachi music playing in the background. Funny the things that remind us of home :). It was a good reminder that we are heading home in morning. After 15 days of an amazing, unforgettable, European Adventure, we are ready to go home to American comforts and our kitties and friends.       ... goodness. I was in heaven.

      We strolled along for awhile then headed back to the house to put the kids to bed. Then the magic happened. Martin made actual Swiss fondue, like the REAL DEAL fondue with Kirsch and cheesy wonderfulness. It was Amazing and the best meal we had the entire trip! The boys went outside for cigars and Cognac and the ladies stayed inside and caught up on each others lives. It was a late night but it was so wonderful to see what the Rupperts had been up ...
