... know now". OK she said and they let her rejoin the queue to get her passport back.

We were in! Phew what a fiasco.

She sent a thumbs up to the person next in the queue and we waited on the other side for the rest of the people on the bus to clear immigration. When they came through we asked them all "did you pay the bribe?" Oh of course they all did! Unfortunately by not making a stand, they don't help the next lot of tourists through here.

After about 20 minutes Nikki said 'screw this' and we left haha! Also, we waited another 45 minutes or so for the bus to the gardens.... I repeat... rapid my ****. We had a late lunch back in Georgetown sharing a waffle burger and chips (YUP) before chilling at the hostel and then having a 7/11 dinner... shameful.

... favourites, mango, pineapple and passionfruit that we liked the best.

Yesterday we had a walk around the central part of George Town. We visited Chowrasta Market with lots of material and clothing and saw all sorts of shops, even one selling coffins. It was very hot yesterday as the sun was out in the afternoon. Speaking of the sun, we have had a little bit of trouble with our 12v system. ...
