Starting to realise how lucky we were with our taxi driver yesterday as the itinary we had planned vanished in to thin air today. We had intended to go to Penang National Park, do the treetop walk and one of the hikes and then get a boat back to the start ready to meet our driver again for a trip round the sights. ... the night before, never works, and we made it home with a McDonalds breakfast in tow.

The next day was pretty much a repeat of the previous one.. a morning of sleeping, the afternoon on the beach, followed by another big night out with the Aussies and the girls. It was a great night out and we all agreed we had enjoyed our Langkawi experience, but it was probably a good thing we were all leaving the next day. It was time to leave this island and head to KL....
