Parking in the main street of Cologne I proceeded to buy the usual parking ticket, however when I put my Euro in clinked down into the change tray. ... panic wasn't necessary after all. The next train was late 30 min late (quite unusual for Deutsche Bahn) so no problems. Once we reached Heidelberg, I checked my dwindling resources and decided to walk home. This time I had no problems at all. Strange to get lost in Bonn, and walk straight home in Heidelberg. I actually followed the bicycle path at first keeping the river and hills on my correct sides. Then the cranes on Panoramastr welcomed me back. A really ...
