A travel blog entry by ttdaniel on Oct 05, 2014

... met some great people and shared our travel stories....then conversation turned to about our pets and we started sharing photos. If I had WiFi I would have shown them the awesome video Jesika made of Romeo and Stitch. The receptionist had told us the bus trip from Venice to Genoa was 1hr 45mins. We left at 9am and arrived at the Genoa port terminal at 2pm. I was worried when we stopped for a lunch break on the way to Genoa as to how long ...

I figured we just had to go in the other entrance, so we got ...

... There was also live music in the lounges around the ship and a disco. No excuse for being bored!. One thing that Emma especially enjoyed was the dance lessons. Everything from the Samba to the Cha cha cha. She was in to it. Olivia liked to relax by the pool and have a more laid back cruise. Our room was on the 11th floor and we had a balcony. It was very handy to the pools and buffet on the 13th floor. We walked from our hotel to the ship and were ...

... and that is where most of our travellers will be heading today. We don't! Prefer to stay locally instead of the two hour trip into the tourist "hot spots" We have visited before and prefer not to be rushed as these day trips can be. Yes! great if you have never been and not likely to come back and you want to say you have been there! Founded in the 16th century by the Grand Dukes of Tuscany - The Medici Family It serves still as the port city for nearby Lucca and Siena but ...
