... Bob. We ordered the Pesto Trebutte ( or something along those lines ) and it was beautiful. As normal Tim and QI shared and I have to say that I probably ate more than my share. The pesto was fantastic and we also had some potatoe thru out the spaghetti. A great dish. As you can imagine being at the same table with David S a lot of the conversation was on movies . Tim and I excused ourselves slightly early and we made our way back to the centre of town where I took some ...

But given the amount of beef and horse carpaccio we have seen on menus, ...

... not so chic and expensive with big boats of millions lying in or in front of its harbor! We walked around for an hour, than had a beautiful plate of spaghetti a le vongole and took the boT to San Frutuoso. Again amazing, with a ancient convent right on the beach and probably with one of the most clear waters in the world and surely in Europe ! In fact it is al part of a very strictly protected National Park with special water police checking day and night that there's ...

... me. It was good to get to Portofino, part of my International Jetset experience this time! We've reserved a trip to Cinque Terre tomorrow including exploring 2 villages: Vernazza and Monterosso. They take a ph no in case they need to cancel for bad weather, it was much rougher out there today than we imagined but hopefully it will go ahead as it only operates once a week and it would be a shame for Brittany to miss ...
