Grindelwald is in the bottom left of the map and you can see the route lit up with green lights, up via Schreckfeld to First at 2168m. It was a very long gondola ride with spectacular views.       ... my trip hasn't gone as planned and I hit my first true bad luck. The excuse is: well it's Switzerland. That has been my saying this week as everything is different here from the rest of mainland Europe. The Grismel canyons are about 1 hour outside Interlaken so we had an anxious bus ride.
