... early dinner. Challenging was the first menu in Czech, Russian and German we were given. The waitress on detecting our difficulty soon returned with a second where a few dishes had been translated to English. ... to soak or, or to fill up a big pool at the fancy hotel. Also, the city is famous for its spa wafers. A big film festival takes place in this town and celebrities come from all over and drink from the mineral waters. Also, this town was the film location for the James Bond movie Casino Royale. We got to see the famous hotel and other film sights. Bram and I also hiked up the hill to get a great view of the city from above.

... sure how the elderly here drink that. I guess if it is good for your health it would be worth it though. I found it fascinating to watch the water flow out of it and follow down its path, staining the ground orange as it went. The walk finished back in the town, we ate lunch, and then headed back to Prague!

We arrived in Karlovy Vary and we went for a walk around town and their tradition is healing spa water.

Some of it is about 72 degrees and then you drink it and it heals you, I don't believe it.

But I am DEFINITELY NEVER drinking that water again.
