Ensuite, si vous regardez la carte du coin d'un peu plus près , il a longé une immense plage après Salento, 20 km de littoral sans construction et peut etre sans eau potable. Un grand écart. Les temples de Paestum était sur sa route, aussi visité de l'extérieur, ce que j ai fait aussi , suffisant, les abords sont tout aussi intéressants, la campagne de Campanie.
Le mauvais temps l'a contraint à rester plus longtemps ...

During the day the village (il borgo - I learnt a new word!) was deserted, as all the Italians were obviously at the beach, and then at night time as the heat of the day started to relent, the hilltop town of Maratea came alive and it was full of Italians, parading (not walking), eating, drinking, shopping.
