... I got one on video which I have posted with this. It looked really painful but they all just got up and walked off.

It was also funny because every time an Austrian or German would come to jump they had their own little intro music and everyone would cheer. I think they have a lot of competition, maybe like New Zealand .v. Australia. In the end it was a Japanese guy who was in the lead though. We also got to see some awesome ...

... Its called the Festung Hohensalzburg and its very impressive. We went in and first went on an audio tour around some of the castle such as the torture chamber, gun stations on a long corridor and up into one of the highest towers to look over the city. We also saw a giant horn type device which was apparently used to wake up the town at dawn for work and then tell them when to go to bed!

... and laughter ( and occasionally tears). Their was also plenty of tobogganing around the village and our apartments. The village being located in a valley, and with the alps as a backdrop provided scenery and an environment that is a truly picturesue. On Christmas Eve, we had the traditional Lange family get together, and even managed to squeeze into the local church for a half of the service. The rest of the evening was spent enjoying some of our hosts Christmas cheer ...

... Alex had an awesome time but it was all a little too much for Samatha. She tried hard, but it was to scary. Alex continued with the lesson and learnt a little more control. Dave and I then team tagged skiing and looking after Samatha. I spent the last 1 and 1/2 hours with Alex skiing. We had a great time and did some great ski runs (some harder than I expected). Alex gained more control and can't wait until tomorrow for more skiing. ...

... nice organised for her today, she seems to be just one of those kind selfless people you only come across now and then. Our day today will consist of going into town, looking around shops, lunch and back for dinner as restaurants are open again, no cold cuts today.
