Dear Friends and Family, Easy day today. Didn't go out till almost Noon and back by about 6:00. However, we still did lots of things. Our first stop was to see The Danube!! It wasn't blue today but it was still exciting to see it On our way back to the Underground, we met a lovely lady named Renatta who offered to show us "Sisi's" Church. So,back to our morning! Our breakdast is delivered to our "apartment" here. It was very nice.
Then, we began our day, taking the short ride into Vienna. The transportation system is amazing. Trains, subways, buses, trolleys and trams (and even carriages) abound and you can switch from one to another (except the carriages) easily.
... So, they transported a bus from Bavaria to Munich and we were delayed 1 hour. Then he couldn't get into the city so we had to take taxi's to him. The poor guy, he drove around the one area...I know I saw this statue that looked like a fairy at least 4 times...finally he got the right street to get the hell out of Dodge!
