Got the train to Ulm today, its weird as I have had a funny facination with Ulm since Ian picked it on the map as we needed to go this way to get to Switzerland. Now, on to Deutschland. We are headed to Neuschawnstein Castle, built by Mad King Ludwig. The only way to get up to the castle is to hike up the mountain. It is about a 1/2 hour hike, and I didn’t think it was that bad. (BevNote: Sue and I decided NOT to hike up. Instead, we walked around the lower grounds, then sat by the lake and chatted.
