... if they might have put our luggage in our room after getting the room ready. I just giggle, no way is that ever going to happen. Sure enough, there is our luggage waiting for us and we are up three flights of very tiny, very winding stairs.

Day 274 6 hrs, 13 kms According to Google Maps, it's not possible to create a walking map up across Splugenpass. I'm hoping that that's only because when Google Maps comes across a tunnel, they automatically assume that pedestrians aren't allowed through it. Hoping... But doing a little research I found that there's supposed to be a hiking trail up towards the pass. That would be perfect... if I can find it! I follow a rather pedestrian ...
