There were four reasons why you would not like sking ...
Here is the AHT building in the tiny town of Rottenmann, Austria, about halfway between Salzburg and our next stop Vienna (Wien in German).
We met with the president of AHT USA who gave us a tour of the freezer factory and discussed with us the possibility of exporting our cart business to Europe.
Later in the trip we are also trying to arrange a meeting with AHT's operations in England.
oh oh oh this is the most beautiful place. We picked up big Mama our motorhome and she is very big - like a bus. No really like a bus. Graham will be driving. We drove from Munich to Vienna in about 6 hours and then slept for 11 hours. Today we went into the city by bus and train and then went on a tour in a horse drawn carriage - just the best thing. Then we had a schnitzel and next to us was a man with the best looking German Shepherd - so we have Inspector Rex on duty!! Then we walk ...
Camping West, Vienna, Austria falkewind... be time-conscious. When we want something, we want it now. I wonder how much money and energy are wasted on making sure that every whim is able to be instantly gratified. What if we relied more on rail and less on freight trucks to deliver materials across the country? It would certainly free up the highways, decrease greenhouse gas emissions, and increase shipping efficiency. The downside? Well, aside from losses in the ...
Austria, Austria tfsnews... with a bbq and lots of flys and beer and stuff. haha. Went for a walk with one of my friends just round the town after dinner and then went to bed pretty early. We were staying in an huge old house. The rooms where big and the bathrooms pretty god except for the toilet which was a bit weird and just had water push everything down a hole in the front of the basin when you flushed. Bizarre! Very pretty town butpretty cold the whole time we were there!
Austria, Austria lozineuropeAustria recaptures the spirit of a bygone era: Ornate palaces, imperial

life as it once was. Nowadays, visitors to Austria discover exciting

reputation for quality and innovation and is the destination for those
seeking energy, culture, and charm.
Lovely
... help from our friends and won 2 bottles of local vintage - sorry won't fit in the luggage - will have to consume it while on board. Thank you Elizabeth for all the news and photos, they have come through really well. Love to all, Win & Maureen p.s. We are going to send the blogs in smaller instalments & see if this works.
Durnstein/Melk, Vienna, Austria wmagill... beautiful and cheap! And, despite the fact that at every turn we have been screwed over by the management, the hostel was brilliant, small (about 20 people), extremely friendly and very relaxed and cool. It was also full of people around about our age, so we met some fantastic people (a lot from Aussies but also Americans and Canadians) and laughed and made fun of others (The Adelaide serial killer being one... Weird... just plain weird). On ...
Gmund, Austria tomngaynorSince it continued to rain, we had to cancel the rest of the trip and get back home. After waiting for the rain to stop, we went back to the Inn valley and turnued left towards Wörgl. Luckly, we were able to take a road away from the cars next to the Inn River. Great trip, we will be back next year and continue our adventure !
