... boarding the bus for Boppard and our Rhine River cruise. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!!! Beautiful warm day, sun shining and a class of wine from the Rhine area......bliss!!!! The cruise took about an hour and a half and Werry picked us up at the other end where we continued onto Heidelberg for dinner at a German pub and then settling into our home for the night at the Crowne ...

... it opened up a side of Adelaide that I'd never seen before.

1. Morialta Falls Loop - 7.3kms. Adelaide, SA.
If you live in Adelaide and you haven't been into Morialta Conservation Park, then what is wrong with you! This is the nicest part of Adelaide and it is free. You don't even have to do the big loop, you can just walk up the middle to the falls, yes there are even waterfalls in Adelaide!

... in Germany" - a narrow, winding, cobblestoned alleyway full of shops, restaurants and dive bars. We finished the evening with an optional dining out experience at at the Drosselgasser Schloss - an intimate party with just us and about 100 of our close friends from the Idi. A full German meal - Sauerbraten, sauerkraut, sauer Ice Cream - accompanied by German music and, of course, at the end, the ritual German schnapps exercise, in which 5 willing participants hold a long board ...

We left Brussels this morning and drove into Germany. Our first stop was Cologne to see its medieval church. Building began in the 13th century but wasn't completed until 1880. It is a UNESCO world heritage site with its 500 ft tall towers and it has a number of stained glass windows in very vivid colours. As it is Sunday, mass was on while we were there so we couldn't ...
