The infrastructure was excellent, roads and shops, homes, theatres, forums and temples. Wells in the road for people to drink from and some beautifully decorated and coloured homes. The archeological effort to resurrect the city has been and still is in process and is mammoth!. The whole are is massive and you cannot be anything but impressed and moved by this place.

April 22nd- 25th After a busy couple weeks of go go go, Sarah and I decided we would like to take a few days to chill somewhere on the beach. We had both wanted to see the Amalfi coast, so we decided to go there. We ended up booking 3 nights in the small village of Maiori. If we liked it, we would stay longer. To get to Maiori we took the train from Naples to Sorrento, then a bus to Amalfi and another bus to Maiori. The bus rides were pretty interesting. The view was amazing, ...
