November 4 When some folks here broached the idea of watching the election returns together, Neal arranged with the Institute to set things in motion. Tomorrow Monica is going to be in Oaxaca as well, and Pete should be here in the next few days too so it will be fun to celebrate Mexican Independance Day with some friends.
