    ... which were very charming, not necessarily expected by either of us. All of the people we met were very friendly to us, the only problem was that they generally only spoke Hungarian and German, which made Chris pick his brain saying every word he could think of in those languages!     ... we were hot, the kids were looking worn out and thirsty. Must be time for the closing ceremony, but no the kids were all served lunch under the trees. While Laura, Blake and I looked at the remnants of our snacks. Nothing in the letter had mentioned bringing lunch, and we were not the only parents caught without supplies.

    Our plan was to cycle around the lake. In 2010, we had done approximately half of it and felt there was unfinished business. We found secure parking for Bo in a campsite at the south end of the lake and set off at 4.30pm.
