      ... after our lunch, and there was a picnic bench with a great view. We both had to laugh about that.

      We drove through the villages of Fiesch and Munster. They weren't any great shakes. We got to our hotel around 4:00 and walked the town a little bit. Abbie's wedding :) To compliment the lovely gardens, every now and then one gets a wiff of something quite agrarian - but little wonder as next thing you'll see a paddock of cows when you are actually still within the outskirts of town!       ... the longest glacier in Europe. Inside the building there is a surround cinema, "alpine experience" display, an ice tunnel and high priced souvenir shops to fleece the tourists. But the genuine alpine experience was just outside: incredible views of the surrounding snow covered peaks and deep crevasses within the glacial ice.
