... soon we were on top celebrating more amazing views and the absolutly stunning beauty of mother nature here in the incredible mountains of Spain.
As our happy group trekked down the mountains side again we marveled at what a glorious day it had been. Pinching ourselves for the good luck to have this experience we look forward to our next walks together. Fine friends make the journey even better!
... the ridges. We could see some signs of the recent rainfall, there was some erosion and a few puddles of water...generally a rare sight in this part of Spain. Eventually we came to an old ruin where we stopped for lunch. Then we finished our hike, climbing back along the side of the ridge to complete the circle and return to our cars.

... We arrived there last Thursday. We were excited to experience a detoxing holiday, the first three days of juicing than easing into meals with lots of plant base foods. We were happy to see Dany at the airport after a long day of travel. This morning Maria took us to the hospital on her way to work (to check my INR), we walked to the train station to make a reservation for tomorrow to meet Mike Spiller in Madrid, and caught a tram back to the Esteban's home. Today we are doing laundry and packing for the Camino de Santiago. We plan to stay in Madrid overnight and travel to Pamplona on Sunday. So far we've traveled 14,001 ...
