We headed off to the airport and found our flight was delayed by an hour due to the storms. I must say that British Airways both in America and Heathrow are really **** at handling these delays and took the stance that it was the passengers who should be discomforted rather than the staff and their systems. ... requirement for working there. She said that new employees go through a 10 hour training where they are immersed in the world of Harry Potter so they can talk to customers about all the elements of the books. Sounds like a fun training to me! There is another roller coaster at the end of Hogsmeade, but I sat that one out, opting to enjoy a hard cider from the pub instead. I picked up some treats at Honeydukes as well, before ...
