... at the bottom of the street. We already noticed the place the day before because of it's bright orange colour. As it turned out the owner of the place was a Chinese man who had owned a Chinese restaurant in Holland and now moved back to Malaysia. Food was really good a bit more expensive then we would normally spend but we thought we earned it after a day in the jungle.
Tomorrow we leave for Georgetown in Penang with a few stops en route in Ipoh and Taiping.

We'd have either been waiting an age for a local bus which were very unpredictable or been hitching back anyway. Our saviours as it turns out were a woman from Kuala Lumpur who was showing her friend around while he was on holiday from Hong Kong although he as originally from India. Really genuinely nice people and they practically dropped us ...

... taxi booked and when the man turned up he said that it was closed and the only way to go at that time of the night would be to stay in the hotel at the place there which was 1000 ringgit! So we decided that we'd try and find some somewhere else another time. It turned out when we googled it that actually it was open until 10pm or something so we could have gone!! Dog's **** taxi driver.
But it was a fun old day anyhow and saw a lot.
