    ... Incan always learn from other people! A very unique experience! The big decision this morning was which way I was going to hike Mt Pilatus. Stafans way was the hardest but I wouldn't climb the last 1000 feet because it would be too difficult. That hike would last 3-4 hours. The other way would be a 6 hour hike but it would take me to the very top. I was leaning towards the second option until the front desk said it might be too hard.     ... day in Lucerne when we arrived but a communication breakdown did not allow Robert to get all the pictures he was hoping to get. Oh well. Took the bus to Kastenienbaum and then walked along the shoreline to the house.

    ... clean, comfortable, smooth, huge windows....much nicer than what we rode a few years ago to California and back. It was horribly foggy which slowed us down a bit, but they made up the time. Once the fog cleared it was gorgeous. The German countryside is like a post card.
