Another wonderful day with relatives. We are so very lucky to have such kind and giving family to look after us while we are in Europe. Mucki and Wolfgang drove us to Hohenloher Freiland Museum. A village set up with buildings from 1500s to early 1900s. They were sourced from around Germany, dismantled in large pieces and reconstructed in this museum village. Then off to pick up Erika and go to Evelyn's for coffee and cake. She made all of the cakes in her ...

Walked along the Jagst River and small section of the city wall remaining from the heavy bombing and burning of Crailsheim during World War II and to the Zeug Turm. Home for lunch for Maultaschen and salad at Mucki's. Off to the ...

We went back to Mucki's for a clothes change and then on to Angelika's house for BBQ dinner. Ron and I walked to Gelly's house which took about 15 minutes. We had 4 courses of ...

More church bells waking us up. This morning, they were from Rothenburg's famous St. Jakob’s Church, so who can really complain about that?

Mark and Cheryl were the first to leave the apartment(s), with orders for Mac and Josie to get up and be ready before we returned. We had to take care of paying parking for the car, since the automatic machine on the lot within the walls of the city was broken. Our hotel helped us out, for 5E, with a ...
