    ... closed, they kept the water tower the same.

    If you are ever in this area, take the time to visit Warm Springs. The tour is very interesting and the horses are great. For as large as they are they are very gentle. We got very close to some of them and even got to pet them. After the tour, everyone of age gets a sample of beer. I even tried it, you know "When in Rome."     ... we ventured on down the road to their little restaurant. There are actually two, but we went to the "A Frame" which sits on a ridge overlooking the MO River. This is where we had a lunch of brisket (BBQ of course), pulled pork, potato salad, and slaw with rolls. We enjoyed the company of our fellow "wine connoisseurs" and RVers. Except for the flying cottonwood things it was a very good lunch with lovely views.

    Because how else does one one prepare for a hike except by downloading apps?

    It's dawning on us that we really are doing this in just a month. I keep googling "TMB fitness level" hoping to find reassurance that my daily flat walks to and from work are somehow preparing me for mountain trekking. Google has not offered much reassurance as of yet.

    Tonight Mike is reading our guidebook and I'm testing Travelpod.

    Work was the same as usual, scan a book, shelve a book. Lunch was pretty good, sandwich, chips and an apple. The afternoon was a long four hours, full of lies and deceit.
