          Please follow this link and read the story on the highway itself that we have chosen to take from the Rio Grande Valley west to the coast, and then getting on Federal Highway 15 south to Tepic, where we took the coastal road 200 to Puerto Vallarta. I cannot describe it better.

          ... as Mazatlan. We wandered around for quite awhile visiting the Mercado and other shops. We eventually found our way down to the waterfront. It was alive with fishermen in their pangas either coming in, going out or working on their gear.
