The first thing we noticed was that there were not a single gringo in sight. That is, bar the random at the bus station who said to Mario: "Hey, big guy!". We walked about 10 blocks to the Centro Historico, looking for Calle Morelia. According to our guidebook there were cheap yet central hotels.
