    Please follow this link and read the story on the highway itself that we have chosen to take from the Rio Grande Valley west to the coast, and then getting on Federal Highway 15 south to Tepic, where we took the coastal road 200 to Puerto Vallarta.     ... t you know it, the clouds rolled in around noon and by happy hour we were riding out a serious down pour. The good news is the boat can always use a fresh water rinse. Tomorrow we’re heading south to Chacala. At just four hours away, it will be one of our shortest runs since we left Washington in July. We’re looking forward to a short day.

    ... The black clouds were looming and I just found one on the main road for 11 ($16) (and it has internet) when the heavens opened and the roads quickly turned to rivers. I even used my **** Spanish to get the room.......well, Spanish, pointing and the price list !!
