... steak restaurant and ordered 1.5 kg of beef.. True story! It was awesome. The beef is sliced for you table side and served with olive oil and pepper. We enjoyed our meal and somehow the kids had enough room for gelato. The gelato was a hit and then the rain started so we are back at the hotel resting for a big day ...

Our second stop of our week long trip round Italy was the beautiful city of Florence in Tuscany. More muggy and humid than Rome but still an unbearable 35 degree heat. ... catcher ... I'm pretty sure I love this place. Christian and Taylor got home around 6:30 and we went over to Gusto Leo for their final firenze pizza...and wine....and espresso...and a surprise limoncello...and a few silly pictures in a photo booth.
