We left Forillon National Park yesterday morning; the weather was sunny, exceptionally warm and humid. Driving clockwise around the Gaspe Peninsula, hugging the coastline, the temperatures reached 29 degrees in the afternoon. This is the Atlantic Ocean! It's supposed to be cooler than central Quebec! ... We also saw tons of birds on the island that are called Northern Gannets. There were thousands of them on rocks on the island and you could get fairly close to them to take pictures.
I would highly recommend visiting this island and taking a boat tour around Perce Rock.

... a pretty course in Carlton-sur-Mer called...believe it or not...Golf de Carlton. The front nine was not that impressive, but once we went across the road to the south side it was oceanside and 4 holes travelled right along the ocean. Talk about amazing views - it was breath taking.
Time to find a place to sleep for the night so down the road we went again to Camping des Etoiles another beautiful oceanside camping area. You gotta love being near to the Ocean.
