... the north shore of Baie des Chaleurs escapes some of the bitter cold. The owners say they didn't have snow of any sort this morning so it's definitely a bit better. How good it feels to have some amenities once again though the stop in Campbellton's McDonalds was nice with the people stopping to chat as well as the server wishing us a safe journey and telling me I will like the trip around the Gaspe Peninsula as it follows the coast and is quite lovely ...
