The three borders meet on the Drielandenpunt, a few meters from the highest point in the European part of the Netherlands, the Vaalserberg. The Vaalserberg used to be called "Hubertusberg".). And then onto Duerne. It was an entertaining drive to Luxembourg City especially trying to find first the city centre and then trying to find a park. The ...

Later we walked around the shops and spoke with this street entertainer who makes balloon animals and he made me a bright pink neon monkey! (I’m such a kid). After that I walked with Denisse and the girls to the train station and the guys were somewhere shopping. Denisse and I split from the girls because they had an earlier train and Denisse and ...

... very different. We checked in to our hotel, carrying and wearing our packs and dressed in tshirt and shorts. I had found a 'secret deal' which have a fifty percent discount to a secret hotel. It turned out to be the 'Radisson Blu' hotel (one of a chain) When we arrived we instantly felt very underdressed- the place is so fancy! Our room is gorgeous. Decorated in rainbow colours and we get a desperate bath and shower! Going back to hostels will be tough ...
