... cars the whole time we were driving until we got back near the city.

The beach towns are totally deserted. All the hotels and cafés are shut up and no-one is around.
There are so many big apartments that have been started and just left unfinished due to the economic crisis. The beaches are lovely, but it wasn't a swimming afternoon. We had a game of Bolle with these completely round balls we found on the beach made out of some natural ...

We exchanged email addresses and Caleb promised to keep in touch with the ...

After contemplating the options for our last day in Paros, decided to make a final trip to Parikia to complete last minute panic souvenir shopping! Walked through the narrow streets of the old settlement to the shops. Not sure whether it is us or not, but every town seems to have a excavator digging up the lovely paving stones due to one reason or another. Walked out to the main thoroughfare to be met with water flowing down the street. ...

Exploring the island with Anette and Manne

... It is much better to sit on the board than to windsurf, I think. Brian is good enough that even with me on the board, we were going faster than other windsurfers. I even did a handstand on the board but Anette and Manne were too far to see me. =(

Since this was the last night we were going to share with Anette and Manne, we decided to go to Thalassamou. We invited Nami and her Italian friends to join us (Graziana and Franco). Ron ...
