... to see was fantastic and very helpful for us to find somewhere for dinner tonight, I'm sure our sight seeing tomorrow will be a lot easier as well. Our hotel here is really great and in a wonderful location, we have the Rijksmuseum at one end of the st and the Van Gogh Museum at the other. Joyce & Eric took as out for a drink after we dropped our bags off where they introduced us to bitterbolla. Mmm so yummy! ...

... become too much. The cobblestones were slippery on our tires and we were drenched head to toe and freezing. We took the metro back into the center of town. At the central station it is very cool for walking between metro lines there are different food vemdirs , which aid in the usual transit stench. I said good bye to my guide and headed back to the house.

... certain. I looked up red light district. We're in the heart of it. I reassured Nadzha though because even the expensive areas became red light district in the evening. They had girls working the street instead of window displays. So we had a nap the headed out for dinner. We kept walking looking for a place to eat. Nadzha wanted local food but I just wanted a sandwich or kebab. We eventually found a kebab place and ate there. It cost 5€ when I thought it would cost ...

Woke up at 430 and headed down to the street to find a fresh layer of snow and the airport taxi waiting for us. The trip to the airport was quite quick at that hour although the only lights we could see was the large petrol refinery near the airport. Heaps of staff on counters and we were checked in and through in a short time. It was like Ryanair when they called rows 20 to 27 everyone started rushing forward as if they were playing chairs and were worried ...
