... re used to. No waves and no tidal movement, certainly none that's noticeable. The water is warm and crystal clear. I found myself surrounded by whiting and garfish - a whole new meaning to the well known phrase "swimming with the fishes"!!! The beach was well supported by a very organised crew of about 7-8 souvenir sellers. They seemed to have worked a synchronised rotation of beaded jewellery, sarongs, scarves, dresses, ...
... surprising. It doesn't feel like Italy, and it doesn't look like Italy. We are staying in the top North East section of the Island, and spent today exploring the local area. There are marinas a'plenty here - very small, very boutique and interesting. Some have lots of really expensive yachts and others just have smaller rich men's runabouts. Most of the marinas have cafes, bars and restaurants. Not too many ...
... has a gorgeous spanish hacienda feel to it, or maybe Mexican? It has a great pool area and we spent a bit of time there in the afternoon just soaking up the sun and the ambience and the wedding guests. Later, hungry, no hotel restaurant last night, we took our selves out to the Porto Rotondo. Some bloody big, spoiled blokes boats there, complete with staff. Found a nice little bar to have a few beers and then walked to a pretty good sea food ...
... and olives. I was getting the olives from the .ittle man at the deli counter and Jeff was getting a cheese from the fridge area. He just looked at Jeff and wa e his hand down with a NOH! and suggested he get his cheese, which we did.
Weather has beeb bellissimo, buena excellent.

Firstly I don't want any complaints about spelling/typos etc. I do the blog when I can it is not the most important part of the holiday. I just want you to share some of our experiences.
Well another tough day! We left our lovely little hotel in Bosa and set out along the back roads. Twisting, turning and climbing. Through little villages with views across valleys and mountains.
