    ... modern with stainless vats etc. In the basement they aged the wine in huge oak barrels for 2-3 years. The smell of fermenting wine was incredibly strong and not really very nice. We were slightly concerned to see gas masks hanging near the door but I guess it happens. Their best wine, Ovello, was lovely and having drunk some with dinner last night I had to buy a few bottles.
