Uncle Doug tried his hardest to look interested, however, his head was level with every statue's "junk", which I found hilarious! Also, a man wearing white linen pants, and fanning himself with a Japanese fan, sent his gaydar into overdrive, so much that his siren sounded like "wiener" after a ...

... have been so far. We toured the Uffizi, the Pitti Palace, the Palazzo Vechio, and the Medici chapel and a bunch more wonderful places, incredible sights for the eyes. The crowds, the vendors combined to make this not as great a city as I remember it from so many years ago.
