... but was a lot bigger. Train had wifi so I had done my research and knew what sort of ticket I needed to purchase for the vaporetto (water bus). I was keen to get to Murano and get a feel for how long the vaporetto would take, how big the place was etc and get rid of my suitcase. it was quite busy at San Lucia and I was trying to take it in all. There were guys with trolley/wheelbarrows for hire to port your luggage around. I had to keep reminding myself there were no cars ...

It's the little details in these 15th & 16th century detailed masterpieces that are so engaging. The ******* dog in an otherwise pretty scene of bare naked ladies is a nice touch, I'm sure it's allegorical. Only Brueghel could imagine the nativity in a Flemish winter. Then we got off and wet straight to our connector flight to Germany. That flight was about 7 hours and was actually pretty comfortable. They had movies and tv shows to watch on individual monitors ...

... a 20:57 train to Vienna tonight. We got to the station a little early but we bought some food and waited im the cafeteria of the station. A bit of confusion over the tickets as they had different seat numbers than were indicated on our receipt. Anyway it all worked out well. We had booked a deluxe sleeper cabin wich means that you get your own toilet and shower. With Pamela in the condition she we thought it best that she be able to call when she wants to. Our train arrives and ...

... with my parents and the first meal was so good that we went back the next night. Although rain was on the forecast for both days in Venice, we didn’t feel a single drop until we got to the restaurant.

Jay, Deigh, and I ordered the spaghetti allo scoglio, a crazy-delicious frutti di mare dish for all intents and purposes. It was just as yummy as I had remembered. Thankfully, Jacques ...
