    ... so much momentum that I have to brake more or less constantly, and that is really ************ the fingers and wrists. It's a real luxury to find a section of the route that is more or less flat.

    We stopped in Flumet to eat our contraband from the Alpen Roc, and very tasty it was too. The Criterium racers hung a left at Flumet and headed for Megeve. Now I realise what those Tinkoff-Saxo liveried trucks were doing in the town.

Geneva has 80 minutes of free public transport to anyone coming into the city off an aeroplane. It's pretty cool.
