    ... for 7am. Empty dishwasher, set table for breakfast, pastries into the oven, serve breakfast, cooked as required, clean up, make a cake, clean communal areas, clean rooms, make beds, prep dinner, have lunch, maybe go for a ski or a walk for a few hours then back to cook dinner, clean up, head off to bed between 9pm and midnight depending on the goings on in the Chalet.     ... Helen and I had a couple of hours skiing while John did some snow shoeing with Charlie. Poor Charlie didn't enjoy this too much which restricted John's outing. It was just minus 5 degrees on the ski slopes so we needed to be rugged up.

    For me it was a very satisfying day; I really enjoyed both the spectacular scenery and the physical challenge.
