... guests. Peter and Dinah were leaving, and were collected by Deana for transfer to Budapest. Roy took me back to the hotel, with a detour to the centre of Eger, a lovely old town, to get some postcards. I took advantage of the spacious indoor pool before supper, where Roy kindly kept me company as he was waiting for his latest guest. ... dark grey male, which landed on some ploughed earth, giving a wonderful view. There were quite a few roe deer, but no bustards today. A couple of times we seemed to trespass into farmyards, but no one seemed to mind. We stopped for coffee in a little bar and had immensely calorific cappuccinos! ... Went tonthe train station next to get ticket to Prague. Wasnt easy to do since very few speak English here. Then took bus back to river for our river boat cruise on the Danube to view Budapest at night. We were even serves a 4 course meal for it with the main dish being duck.
