      ... to get confirmation in English of the message we were given in Serbian, which we pretty much understood. We don't know if we'll be able to leave tomorrow to go back to Belgrade. We also don't know what this does to our plans. We were expecting to spend the next couple weeks in Romania and were really excited about it. We will have to check the weather and see what makes sense geographically.

      ... room with our friends. The fear of possibly starving in the middle of the night won out. Plus we rationalized that we didn't want to worry our friends by not showing up. It's such a huge boat (not) that they may have never found us and worried all night ..... And we certainly didn't want to put them thru that.
