The town seem to center around a street blocked to cars and was made up of same material used in running tracks. As I walked down I expected all sorts of stores and excitement. There were small stores and fast food vendors but mainly just administrative buildıngs and maybe a school. I think the people gathered there because it was a quiet open area where they would not get hit by cars. The longer I stayed in Romania the more I understood this.
