    ... and finally gave in and got up for "breakfast" at one. We soon discovered that the hostel had a massive TV with over 70 pages of saved films so that was the rest of the day pretty much written off! We watched Sherlock Holmes before deciding that we really should at least attempt to leave the hostel once (and plus we were out of food!). We wondered through the old town, passing the town hall and the Cathedral before finding a shop and heading back to the hostel to cook ...

Then we visited the Vilnius Picture Gallery, which has a representation of both Modern but mostly Masters works of Lithuania.
