... the hill. Unfortunately visibility even worse today so after the effort of making our way up the hill we could not even see the water. Great villa's though.
Fast boat back, ferry home and we enter our warm apartment at approx 7pm, in time to cook dinner.
Como, well it is not what we expected, much more suburban. However, glad we came to experience and see how those with lots of money actually holiday.

We arrived in this beautiful city at dusk so we weren't able to get the most out of it. Stayed there only for one hour and we spent that time in Parco Civico capturing the flickering lights of the city surrounded by mountains. The view from the shores of Lake Lugano was fascinating. It's truly a must-visit city and I'd love to go back and see it in broad daylight. ...

Well from the outside of city there is a breathtaking view of the upper town but once you are in it I woudn't say the same. Still there is plenty to see wandering around the streets and lots of lovely churches to explore. But it's definitely not the best medieval town in Italy.

... right on the lake, it had gorgeous views of the Alps as well. We walked along the water and grabbed some lunch. It was very nice. We returned to Bergamo, walked around a little longer and went back to the hostel to sleep.

In the morning, we got up early and had some breakfast before we headed off to the airport to go to Greece!

... so we wouldn't have got it for a few hrs let alone get back up and I got extremely car sick in the taxi who was able to stop for me. It would have been a very unpleasant journey and a VERY late check in. However it was all worth it because this place is the most amazing I've seen, scenery is heaven, I'm going to love it here. Pictures are attached of our lovely room with a view of the lake, and parts of the foyer ...
