Friday, July 13th: Burgos today--the last excursion with our Spanish host siblings, and the penultimate of the group (at least during the homestay). ... following the canal. It was a nice mild day, and I just wore my sweatshirt, jeans and uggs. It was also a quiet day, since everything is closed on Sunday. I walked past a factory, where they process milk. Its weird here, because they don't have to refrigerate their milk. They pasteurize it in a way where it can sit on a shelf. I think thats gross, but thats just me. They also sell some that has to be refrigerated, but theres a lot less of those. Maybe I'll buy some when ...
