      Museum at Academia for a bit of culture- lots of painting of last supper that were rescued(?) from churches in town. Some really old 14c stuff and some more recent restored items. Amazing brushwork and huge alter pieces some with bible stories that were new to me. Spent arvo wandering lanes and canals. Pizza at same restaurant. ...

      ... inside first to look around. Didn't cost to go in but had to pay 2 euros to take pictures. Well worth it. Just spectacular. Took lots of photos and then came across some relics of previous cardinals. Interesting but also a bit creepy. Went I to the crypt and treasury as well.       ... thing here. 10pm and people are still out everywhere, no 7pm bedtime here for little kiddies, hell stay up till midnight if you want with playgrounds still full of giggling and screaming little ones going up and down slides and getting wet in the water park.
