... sellers were doing a roaring trade. You could also buy a cloak to cover yourself from the ticket seller. One lady in particular was hilarious. She had on a dress, just a drawstring wasted thing, with full sleeves, and came to about mid-thigh. I didn't think she looked too bad, but the door police were having none of it... and she kept pulling the dress down to try and reach the two finger limit. Taormina & Cefalu Here due to laziness, being distracted by views and limited wifi, I just summarise highlights: Taormina : hotel ok , boys went in pool even though freezing , town has spectacular views of mt Etna and the ocean at every turn. The Greek theatre was beautiful and so was l'isola Bella ( although beach pretty rocky). Squeezed in a tad of shopping. Food was very touristy and overrated. One place La Botte seemed ...

... parallel to the road, so I opt for another venture into the unknown. Here I traverse one of the famous E trails that you can follow all across Europe... Yeah, would be nice... but let's stick to the plan... The trail climbs higher up the mountain side, with forks heading off on both side. It's just guesswork figuring out which trail will take me forward... Finally ...
