Firstly, different companies run different sections of the motorway, and so they have different rules (height of vehicle, etc) and costs. So as you approach a toll-gate, you have no idea what class of vehicle you will fall into and therefore no idea about what it will cost. Some stretches only cost a couple of Euros, ...

The Borgia painting was not hanging there or anywhere in the small room where Caterina's portrait is prominently hanging when I visited. Again, what the museum is about is a puzzle to me.

Scott and Mikaela then ...

Our original intention was to follow the coast road around the lagoons but we quickly opted
for the motorway route which would get us to San Marino much quicker and give us far more time to enjoy it. The ride was hair raising though and I arrived one hundred and fifty miles later quite out of sorts. The high speed tail gating had tested my nerves. Our fist visit was to the coastal resort of Rimini. With nine miles ...

      The "Okay" day

Went to the beach next to the camping place which is just across the road. It is a bit ****. The water is cold and you have to pay for umbrellas on the beach. We walked for a few kms and played until it started raining. We continued playing in the rain on the swings. I made pasta bolognaise with my ...
