It has the water of the tropics, the old town feel of Venice, the money of...well, a rich city, and the amazing cool breeze of Hawaii. ... ago, but they were able to convince her to stay. I'm unsure if this is merely gossip but it's all over the news I guess over here. There were Monacan and South African flags everywhere and people were dressed up so nice, we were definitely looking like the riffraff! We were ostracized from teh palace and didn't bother to pay the 10 Euro to enter the casino at the Monte Carlo.
