        ... French palace guards and the prince was in the da house but forgot to extend an invite for dinner!!! Lots of references to Princess Grace Kelly. Onto the Grand Casino in Monte Carlo.         ... and enjoy the views. A huge ferry came in and David liked watching it dock.
        Back to the hotel where we appreciated a few hours rest and future planning/booking of flights and accommodation etc, and David snoozed while I blogged. We certainly appreciated the quiet time.

        I caught the bus to Monaco from Place Garibaldi at about 9.45am, and the trip was everything I expected, and more, with stunning scenery. It was difficult to try to photograph things while travelling, as the stunning views appeared so suddenly and were gone just as quickly, so I just enjoyed the ride, taking in what I could, snapping memories with my eyes.

        ... We also took pictures of the surrounding landscape and the overhead view of the city of Monaco. We then took an elevator to the bottom of the hill and walked toward the city from the east side.

        We managed to find a relatively cheap place to eat, so even the plebes are looked after. After lunch we walked around the marina and saw some amazing vessels, not to mention the odd Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes and of course one Bugatti which Hugh was in awe of.
