It was our museum day in Amsterdam, Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. These two and the Stedelijk Museum (modern art) are all conveniently located in Museumplein or Museum Park. We first went to Van Gogh. He didn't start painting until he was 27 ys old and died by a self inflicted gunshot at age 37. In those years he created such amazing work. His life story is interesting as well, I liked this museum very much.
