... with a casino and duty free shops. We got there early so we got a great table on the sundeck and enjoyed leaving the harbour to the sounds of Crowded House!! Very popular here in Italy. The ferry ride was gorgeous and the sunset was stunning as we left Italy. We slept the night and arrived in Croatia as the sun came up in the morning. It was a wonderful ferry ride , very beautiful and as flat as a pond and really warm. Bye for now - Grace

... city.

Had Wild Boar for dinner last night at Ristorante Mario, village Chianti and tiramasu.

Today was spent sightseeing, found the track and sorted out where we would park as traffic will be insane, especially this year with Rossi leading the points. It's a sea of Yellow at the front gate with all the vendors

Early starts for us this weekend but excited to see the track and experience Motogp Italian style.

... sort of a question from the expectant way she (and the rest of the group) were looking at me. The jig was up, so I had to say 'sorry, but I really don't speak any Italian', which gave everyone a good laugh. She apologised and went back through the safety briefing in English, which included 'don't hang back to take photos as it is very easy to get lost'. The rest of the tour she explained a few bits and pieces in English to us, which was really nice of her.

... the Hertz about 20 minutes away, and I drove us back to the hotel where we were going to leave the car for the day. Driving on the right hand side of the road was a little nerve-racking and required constant concentration to avoid reverting back to habits that are ingrained after years of driving on the left. We managed to avoid disaster, for now, and got back to the hotel without incident.

Back at the hotel we had another coffee and planned our attack for tomorrow. We ...
