A typical Italian breakfast, where fortunately we have arrive early enough for the precooked omelettes to be warm, includes packets of cereal, cakes, cheese and ham. We are offered seconds of expresso and cappuccino. The proprietor fusses over us as we leave. This would be a terrific hotel for a group of cyclists. Well the ferry over was easy, even if getting on the boat was a chore.
there will be pics, I think I got sunrise over the Adriatic, as we arrived in Ancona at 7am. Got off the boat to be met by rain, and Italian roads don't like rain, very greasy.
Still headed out towards Rome, which meant going over the mountains, so if the weather dried up I was going to have more fun.
