We stayed at a B&B we found on airbnb. It was a lovely big room on the top floor with our own huge terrace and great views. The hosts Rui and Filomena and their 14 day old son were lovely hosts. We were served our breakfast each day on the terrace each morning. At $62 CND per night for lodging and breakfast we are finding Portugal cheaper than Spain for lodging and eating out.

On huge left was the fresh fish market and on right was fruit & vegetables. We really enjoyed walking ...
... our home stay, which is a really nice 4 story place. We were welcomed so nicely by the Australian couple that own it, by taking us up awesome little patio area on the roof where they had some drinks waiting for us, overlooking the town as the sun went down. The house originally was a hostel for fisherman and it's in the centre of the historic township. Later we went to a great local restaurant for a seafood diner. ...
