    ... all street lights have a Rossi flag flying from them and even the Armco railing is wrapped in a banner of repeated 46's. We parked the bike in the main street right outside the official office of the Valentino Rossi Fan Club. After checking out the memorabilia in the office we moved on to the Official Store for a look. Kerrie bought herself a 46 sticker for her Vespa and then it was morning tea time. We went across to the "da Rossi" ...

    ... Panoramica Adriatica which is road through Parco San Bartolo. This is where Valentino Rossi and his friends would ride their scooters as teenagers to improve their skills. The road winds through the national park with sweeping curves and coastal views - apparently. When we rode it, there was so much fog that we mainly saw the road in front of us and a few bushes beside us. Hopefully we get to ride it again on our day trip to San Marino and the fog might be gone!

I could tell it's almost beach season- all of the beach bars and entertainment centers were repairing doors, painting, fixing paving stones or otherwise fixing up. They even had big bulldozers out, moving the sand back to where it belongs.

There we found a Temple to Zeus (or the remains of said temple), an Amphitheatre, a Temple to Asclepios, and then walking through the ancient city, there were bathhouses, old houses with mosaics, and all sorts of interesting stuff.
