Clean and very neat but also very noisy

Very clean and tidy hotel and rooms and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. However there was one big downfall and that seems to be the semi-permanent residents such as students etc who stay here. They are in and out the front door every 5 minutes right through the night to smoke etc outside and every time they use the front door they simply slam it and the whole building shakes. Its now 1am and they are still at it. makes one wonder if they are in competition with each other to see who can slam it the hardest. There was certainly no getting to sleep in this place!! Other than the door it was a great place to stay with wifi and all.

... Peterswerder, Pauliner Marsh, past the Weser Stadion and along the River Weser. We saw the different styles of Bremen houses and the classic Mozartstraße and the 1970s 'highway to hell' Ostertor (Kings Cross type area). We also did a bit of shopping in the morning and met Horst for lunch at 1pm. We went to a Chinese Restaurant for a buffet meal. After the walk we went to the Theatro Cafe for coffee then back to Horst's Office at 6pm and home for dinner and more wine ...

... pull train ride. The kids club organiser is from South Africa, so spoke good English. We had a lovely day trip into Bremen, beautiful city. Caught the tram. They had a summer festival on, so lots of kids activities, and of course the famous Bremen town musicians. Promenade lined with Biergartens. 15th century street, all very old and beautiful. Excellent stop. ...

... in and found we’d been upgraded to a junior suite which meant we had a little sitting room and a separate bedroom, no window in the bedroom though! Still the king bed was great. We had a bit of a walk around but it was drizzling, a bitter disappointment as it had been hot and sunny all the way to Bremen and we were so looking forward to dining in the square! Oh well, we ate in the hotel and then went off to bed, tomorrow we’ll sort out the ...

... the opportunity! We traded off rowing, which was hard at first but easy to get the hang off. We rowed through beautiful trees, lily pads and duck families. No one was around us. The sun was out and it turned out to be a perfect day! After an hour and half row boating, we dock and get moving back to our hotel. We are exhausted, so much walking today and my left leg is so tense. We stop by the market for a snack and get back to take a ...

... beers from Germany. People were just drinking beer, eating food and enjoying the good weather. (Btw it was 70ish and sunny the whole day!). After a few beers we go back to the hotel for a quick nap break. After our nap we went back to the river bank and hit up some places for a few drinks. Think we're gonna have an early start tomorrow before the tourists come out then maybe rent a boat in a park and have a picnic. Gute ...
